HP 250 G7
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I tried the usual fixes for other laptop models, but they don't seem to work, and I cannot get FN to stay locked. The support assistant does not have the 250 G7 laptops.

I've tried contacting a support agent as well, but I cannot get past the "Please provide a part list number as well" part, after I input the laptop's serial number because even if I get the partlist number from the bios, or from the back sticker, it simply says it doesn't exist.

How can I get this FN to lock, so we don't have to press FN and then press on the F key that we need?
