Hello,

one of our users started having a problem with logging in by FPR.

We have updated HP Client Security app and BIOS, deleted old FPR records.

Now we cannot even register fingers.

 

When on registration dialog, FPR is working and seems like it registers well.

After about 2-3 swipes, progress bar starts to slow down and eventually it starts to say that we swiped different finger, or finger is not center oriented on FPR.

 

Can You please provide some advice?
