Why laptop is starting to really become a problem. 

I have restarted it several times and removed all apps not part of the original programs. 

It keeps giving me a failes to reset option. I can either restart or choose advanced options, why does this keep happening? The message is on a blue screen : Recovery

It looks like windows didn't load correctly  

If you'd like to restart try again,choose " restart my PC" below. Otherwise choose "see advanced options" for troubleshooting tools and advanced options. If you don't k ow which optio  is right, contact someone you can trust to help with this. 

Why does this keep hapening? What do I do to prevent this from happening again.
