Product: ENVYx360
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

It's been a year and 3 months since I have been using this product. Recently, the fan sound has become super loud. The fan sound usually starts when I open my laptop but then it becomes silent for a couple of minutes and then starts again . When I plug the laptop into charging the sound becomes more louder. 

I have updated the BIOS twice but still there hasn't been any change.
