Product: Pavilion 14-ce1999na

Laptop will be working fine but then laptop suddenly gets noisy and laptop becomes unresponsive. I try to open task manager and nothing opens. I try again and get black screen with cursor and then error message that is headed "failure to display security and shut-down options". screen reverts to normal but fan stays noisy and laptop slow/unresponsive unless i hard close with power key and re-start. bios has been updated but this still happening frequently
