Product: Rechargeable Tilt pen 2.0
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Unpacked brand new Spectre X360 13 today and wanted to test out the Tilt pen 2.0. The instructions say to charge it before use, but when I plug it into a USBc charger the pen's LED very briefly flashes a bright amber but then turns to a dim white (remaining like this while USBc is connected) . On taking the USBc charger out and back in again the same happened with a brief flash of bright white. Instructions say the a white LED indicates full charge but the pen does not work with my laptop. Has anyone else had this issue? I suspect that I will need to invoke my warranty and get a new pen but I'm also struggling to find the serial number.
