HP Spectre x360 - 15
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I am using File Explorer to view JPG files and when I switch from View->Large Icons to View->Extra Large Icons the size of the actual icon image of the JPG file does not change. That actual icon image is square in both Extra Large Icons and Large Icons. However, the size of the icon tile changes radically when I switch between Extra Large Icons and Large Icons. For Large Icons, the tile is approximate square but in Extra Large Icons the size is about 4 times wider than it is tall, but the extra space is just filled with gray. The actual JPG images are all 1960 wide x 1080 tall pixel images, so the icon should be a rectangle, not a square. The square icon image is a horizontally squished version of the actual image (i.e. all parts of the image are present, the image is not clipped).

The display resolution is at the recommended 3840 x 2160 and I tried several other resolutions but no change reduced or fixed the problem. The size of the text is set to the recommended 250% and trying other sizes also did not reduce or fix the problem.  In my previous Thinkpad laptop these worked correctly, the image filled most of the size of the tile and the size of the tile did change between Large and Extra Large. When the Thinkpad died, I bought this HP Spectre so I know this is the wrong behavior.
