Product: ZBook 15v G5
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Dear Sirs, I'm experienced weird problems on my PC, HP ZBook 15v G5, Intel(R) Core(TM) i7-9750H CPU @ 2.60GHz.

Sometimes files o folders disapperars (usually on desktop or user profile, but also under C:\Program Files\), and sometimes my PC doesn't boot anymore, error 0xC0000225.

I've installed Windows 10 several times from usb boot (clean installation), updated to last updates but problems show up after days or weeks or months. I also tried different hard drives and the problems of disappearing files are manifested anyway.

Does HP have some problems with Windows 10 and this particular PC? Of course, I don't have virus or malware. There are other similar cases in the community? There are some patches? I've also updated the laptop with Hp Support Assistant. Thank you
