Product: Presario CQ40
Operating System: Microsoft Windows Vista

Hello everyone.

When booting up my old Presario CQ40 laptop, it displayed as Product Information Not Valid, I have replaced the palm rest with one doesn't like the original, so I don't have the correct information to fix that. I wonder if somebody could tell me the correct information like

  • Serial Number 
  • UUID Number
  • Product configuration ID

I just know that the product number is FU732PA#UUF. Thanks a lot!
