Product: Probook 450 G5 (2RS11EA)
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hi,

 

I can't get windows to detect my fingerprint reader. I've installed the Synaptics WBF Fingerprint Reader driver and HP Client Security.  Still I can't see  any biometrics device in device manager, nor HP Client Security detects any.

 

Exact model version is 2RS11EA. Does this version has a functional fingerprint reader or is just a dummy reader? I was under the impresion all 450 G5 have a fingerprint reader.
