Operating System: Microsoft Windows 7 (64-bit)

Hello everyone, I'm having problems when setting up the fingerprint reader on my laptop. It's a really old one, an HP Pavilion dv4-1516tx Entertainment Notebook PC running Windows 7. I bought it with a really cheap price and just use it as a camera manager computer. Anyway, it uses a Validity Sensor fingerprint reader and I have already installed the drivers for it but it still required me a "fingerprint data management program". I have searched the whole hp support website but the product was retired. Is there anyway for me to fix it? Thank you for your assistant.
