Hello! 

I want to set up the fingerprint reader on my laptop (built-in), but the device manager doesn't have the biometrics option to update the driver. I went to the start-up setup screen (hp computer setup) (the one that you can go to before windows starts) and turns out the fingerprint option is disabled or something. I wamt to enable it, but it's gray so i can't change it. Does anyone know what to do? Thanks in advance
