Fingerprint software problem.

Hello! I recently bought a HP Zbook 15 ( 500GB SSHDD / i7 4700-MQ quad-core up to 3.40gHz (I think) / fingerprint scanner included / 8GB of RAM / Windows 7 Professional License.

I did call an IT professional in order to get my Windows reinstalled as the guy that had it before put a Windows 10 and when I told him to go back to 7, he just got one from the internet which couldn't provide me with anything..

So, a big plus before the proper reinstallation was that my fingerprint worked fine ; I downloaded the driver from HP Support and immediately got used to it, and saw how nice it is to have a fingerprint which you know can't be cracked by any common IT user.

Now, going straight to the problem, the company guy which I trust a lot and always counted on him as being a professional, reinstalled my Windows 7..

Everything is amazing, never had such a good working device, until I started noticing that some of the things I had before, are gone now.

Regarding the main subject, I was given back the laptop with no fingerprint driver installed ( Synaptics bla bla) and I started downloading it, and guess what??? It is actually showing me that piece of..

I didn't get the synaptics management program, and none of that stuff!

I tried uninstalling from Device Manager the fingerprint driver, then rebooted the computer, got it reinstalled by default settings, tried deleting the SPxxxx file of the old fingerprint ( as the IT guy saved all of my SP drivers and also installed some additional ones ) 

On the log-on, the fingerprint is displayed, but I can't use it 😞 Please help me solve this software problem and be fully satisfied by this computer.

I am the kind of guy that wants everything to work ( main features of a laptop )..

I'm sorry for this long post but I like bringing up every detail. I am open to any question and any TeamViewer activity if that is necessary.
