Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hello, my new computer did not have the finger print working. Following HP instruction I installed HP client security and set it.

Now it works, but only when I wake up the PC after a stand by. When I switch on the PC, instead, it doesn't work. The system propose me to use the fingerprint, but it does not detect that I'm touching the scanner.
