Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Howdy!

We have a user in our office that has a Zbook 17 G2 with a 2012 Advanced Docking Station 230W. It has two DisplayPorts and when hooked up to some new 4K monitor/TVs with a DisplayPort to HDMI cable we get the screen flashing on and off consistently.

We have already checked proper device settings, upgraded the Nvidia Driver for the K2200M and tried multiple configurations.

When we test with the DisplayPort that is directly on the laptop, we have no issues at all. It is only the DisplayPorts on the Docking Station. After seeing that another HP Docking Station was having similar issues I was fairly confident that there might be firmware for the dock that we have. But the HP Support Site is not working. It will not allow me to select an operating system to continue forward.

Can somebody chime in that has any information about a Firmware update for that 2012 Advanced Docking Station 230W?

I would greatly appreciate the help.

Thanks!

Peace,
