Product: Hp 630 Notebook
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (32-bit)

The sign in screen is fine, as soon as I sign in, the screen starts flickering with the loading sign on the cursor. I can't do or click on anything. I've tried to connect to another screen, it still flickers, but the login screen is perfect. What do I do?
