Product: HP Elitebook Folio 9470m

Have HP Elitebook Folio 9470m

On startup I get the following message:

'The followng product information programmed into system board is missing or invalid-
System board (00A)"

DMI tools - not suitable due to the version

HP BIOS Configuration Utility - config download, newconfig is uploaded but not applied after a reboot

Who can help me?
