Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hi all,

I've had recurrent problems for almost a year with jumping mouse and small circles all over the screen. This morning, it just would'nt stop so I resolved to buy a new computer but just in case, I brought my PC over to the tech. I explained the problem and let him power the PC; it did not need anymore description as the mouse and circles acted up immediately.

Here is the Solution :deactivate the Touch Screen, not the touch   pad!

Go to your Device manager then to Human Interface Devices and down HID-compliant touch screen and DEACTIVATE it.

You won't be able to use your touchscreen as long as it is deactivated but you'll LOVE your mouse.
