HP Spectre x360 13
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

When I start my laptop (HP Spectre x360 13 2019), I hit the ESC key and get to the BIOS menu. From there I have several options using the Fn keys. One of then, F10, is to enter the BIOS setup. And if I hit F10  nothing happens.

Under the list of Fn keys options, there is an image of a keyboard (showing Fn keys). When I hit F10 it disappears, but that's all.

Of course, I tried as many solutions as I could:

Is it a problem with the motherboard?

Is it a problem with a missing .efi file in the EFI partition?

Is it a problem with BIOS F40 or F41?

Did I lock something, or did I trigger a safety/security feature without noticing it?

I need help, because my machine is becoming completely useless now and it's only one year old!
