HP EliteBook 755 G4
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

My computer:

HP EliteBook 755 G4

AMD PRO A12-9800B R7

Windows 10 Pro Version 1803 installed June 6, 2018

Build Operative System: 17134.407

The computer is fully updated.

The problem:

When I leave the computer turned on and connected with AC, I have selected the option do not freeze. A screen saver (bubbles) starts after 3 minutes.

Unfortunately, after a variable period of time, the computer freezes. I have to turn it on again and placing my fingerprint again in.

I have double-checked all the options I could find over “Settings”, but I failed to find any which referred to let the computer freezing.

I have run “HP PC Hardware Diagnostics Windows” that I downloaded today, but everything is fine.

The problem is not constant. Sometime it happens after few minute following the screen saver starts; in other occasions the screen saver runs for several minutes or even for a couple of hours before the computer freezes.

The computer is usually connected on Internet through a wi-fi connection.

Do you have any idea I could avoid the problem?
