Product: DELL Inspiron
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (32-bit)
It's been telling me to update it for a while and when I finally did, it was going well up until it got to the 70s. It kept freezing at around 77% and stays that way. The screen says "working on updates 77% complete do not turn off the computer" and I have important work to do on this laptop
