Hi need help because its frustrating and stuck in solving it, when i shut down the computer (Sleep, hibernate or shut down) mine fan goes to full speed mode and it doesn't stop i had to remove battery so i can plug it out of power to shut it down.

From mine point of view the problem started when i did hp assistance recommended updates, and mine thinking is that the problem is because some issue when it updated  to Intel Corporate Management Engine (ME) Firmware 11.8.86.3877 LP

I tried the following:

Changing bios settings

Changing power options

Updating and reverting bios to new than to older version 1.52 to 1.29 and vise versa

Resetting CMOS by unplugging battery

Bios Factory reset

Removing SSD to remove OS influence some how

Only thing that has meaning and is left to try is because of Intel Corporate Management Engine (ME) Firmware

I tried to reverting to lower version but till this point i couldn't because i get error when i try flashing trough usb UEFI shell

Error 8714 Firmware update not initiated due to file open or read failure
