HP Recommended
Product: hp chromebook 15-de0000na
Operating System: Chrome OS

My chromebook hp 15-0000na functions in guest mode but not as owner. Page displays for 15 seconds indicating closedown error, asks reload pages, on selection page goes black. Hard reset has no effect. Chrome os up to date. Cannot access my files/photos etc
