Hey guys, I have HP 355 G2 laptop with AMD A8-6410 APU with ATI Radeon R5 Graphics (1gb) as an integrated GPU and AMD Radeon M200 (2gb) as a discrete one.

The problem is none of my games whether old or new recognize my discrete GPU and try to launch on my primary integrated GPU! So the new games either refuse to launch or launch on low settings with the real struggle, the old games function well as long as the integrated card handles the graphics.

Here is an example. I try to run Total War Warhammer II, and it says I'm using the integrated card. Even if it recognizes video memory in some sense (it says I have 3048 Mb of VRAM) but it still tries to run with the integrated GPU. Notice that CPU/GPUs are loaded on about 50% even on loading. According to the system requirements and my own research I have sufficient system capabilities (considering I'm using my discrete GPU) to play this game on low- and even medium-tier settings, but now it even struggles to load the game (it takes about 20 minutes every time), and after loading, it's basically unplayable during to constant freezes and a huge risk of turning black screen at any moment.

The other games work the same way unless the primary GPU can handle it.

Here is what I did trying to solve that problem:

1. I successfully updated AMD drivers for both APU and GPUs to the latest version. It shows me both GPUs on AMD Software and in Device Manager. But neither drivers installing nor setting to 'high performance' profiles in AMD Software worked.

2. I successfully flashed my BIOS from F.02 to the latest F.12 Rev.A as shown in related HP Support topics. I hoped that I could change my BIOS video card settings to the fixed mode and somehow change my primary GPU after. But the new BIOS interface still has no such option to choose between fixed and dynamic switchable graphics mod.

3. Performance and battery changes didn't do anything, as well as attempts to overclock my CPU using AMD Software capabilities and attempts to turn off my integrated CPU to force the discrete one to work.

Is there any way I can force my 2gb discrete GPU to work normally or as a primary graphic device?

P.S. I tried hard to upload screenshots but some of them weren't uploaded for some reason. So I uploaded my screenshots here. Hope it helps.
