Pavilion 15 Notebook
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hi,

I have connected 2 external monitors to my Pavilion 15 Notebook, one monitor is via HDMI and one is via VGA.

At the moment I can only get 2 displays working as the options in either Windows Graphics options (Ouput To) I can see all three displays listed/recognised but in Extended Display I can only choose a combination of 2, see here:

or in Intel Display control panel are only showing 2 display options, yet in the dropdown for either display show all 3, see here:

I checked for any updates for my graphics driver using Intel Driver & Support Assistant and it updated my Intel HD Graphics driver to the latest version (10.18.10.5161).

At the moment I am using my 2 external displays with the laptops in-built display not active.

I have also tried going into Windows Display settings and although I can see all three displays in the top window:

When I select display 1 (the laptop's in-built display), then scroll down to the multiple displays dropdown, then change the current selection, 'Disconnect this display' to 'Extend desktop to this display' nothing happens and it reverts back to 'Disconnect this display' after a few seconds.

Any help would be much appreciate.

Thanks

David
