Product: HP 15-bs033cl
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)
I needed to use Winodws "Reset this PC" and HP Support Assistant was uninstalled, along with:
HP PC Hardware Diagnostics Windows HP Inc. 1.6.1.0
HP Software Framework HP 7.1.15.1
HP Support Assistant HP Inc. 8.8.24.33
HP Support Solutions Framework HP Inc. 12.15.14.3
and now when I reinstalled Support Assistant, the HP website can no longer recognize my laptop model and Support Assistant is not showing me updates for my laptop to install. It could be I have all of the software up to date, but I highly doubt it. I was wondering how to get my laptop back to how it was and would be IMMENSLY appreciative if you could help me do so!
