HP Recommended
HP ENVY Laptop 17-cg0xxx
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

To get my GPU working, I have tried:

Graphics setting in Windows

The Nvidia Control Panel

Updating drivers via HP Support Assistant

Diagnosing hardware via HP Support Assistant  (Video Driver Update keeps asking for internet even though I am connected)

This laptop has: Intel[R] Iris[R] Plus Graphics and NVIDIA GeForce MX330

No matter what application or game I am running, I never see any GPU usage.
I can tell my CPU is doing all the work because the CPU usage is always spikes when running graphics.

(I use Process Hacker btw)

Thank you for any advice!
