Product: Hp 635 black screen & caps fla
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 7 (32-bit)
I have an Hp 635 that has stopped showing any image on the screen and the caps lock button just blinks in intervals of 3. About a second gap between each blink and about a 2 second gap between each interval. The only other light is on the WiFi key which is orange. I have tried connecting it to a monitor with a vga cable but it just shows no signal.

I opened up the laptop and all was connected properly. I saw a post regarding the ram modules and swooping them with different combinations however I only have 1 2GB module and neither port makes a difference. I took it out completely and the laptop still does the same thing. Can anyone help me? I really need it to work and can't afford to send it in at the moment.

Please help. Also note I don't really understand all the jargon that goes with these forums so please make any possible solution simple enough for me to understand. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
