Hi. I have a refurbished 8560p Elitebook. When i hit the plug it in it starts the fan the hard drive the led's the disk drive for about 3 seconds then the 3rd led blinks and the computer restart itself...again and again and again. I've left it in this loop as long as an hour hoping it would correct itself. Nothing happens on the screen at all doesnt even turn on not getting to bios. I've tried a brand new a/c adapter, changing the cmos battery and the unit battery. What would cause this?
