HP Recommended
Product: HP Notebook 15
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I recently changed the internal hard disk on my laptop and have been getting this error after that. I was told that the operating system needs to be reinstalled only when the motherboard is tampered with so I am unsure why I need to install Windows again. My old hard drive has all the backup files from the computer and I am using it as an external drive. What ways can I take to solve this problem? The more inexpensive, the better.
