Hi there,

 

I bought this notebook a month back initially it was working just perfectly. Recently I have come across few issues which include hearing of the Nvidia driver the temperate is in the range of 40-50°C at 0% usage of the driver. It also heats the device a bit. I have attached the snaps of the task manager below

 Also, I have been facing frequent freezing of the screen majorly while saving something typically from photoshop, or while using pdf reader or chrome.

 

Any help would be appreciated.
