Hi, 

so I am having a lot of problems with my GPU. When I play games like Fortnite, the usage is at 20-30% and then randomly spikes up to 100% causing frame dips, and then goes back down to 20-30%. This happens so frequently and the frame drops occurs when the usage is at 100%. I used to be able to play on max settings with 180+ frames but now I am struggling to get 60 frames on all low settings.
