Product: HP ENVY x360 Laptop - 15t-ed100
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hi. Please advise. Now I am using Spectre 15t-100 cto with Nvidia GPU and 4k built-in display. The laptop has a lot of issues with video, external monitor, resolution, flickering video. Even, I sent it to the service; warranty covered but didn't help.

Now I am willing to buy a new laptop HP ENVY x360 Laptop - 15t-ed100 (174R7AV_1), but it turns out that I cannot combine dedicated graphics with 4k display. Let's say 4k is preferrable for me, so, if I am editing heavy images in Photoshop, will integrated GPU be enough? And why dedicated graphics is not compatible with OLED? Probably, should I wait a little bit, and HP will offer new laptop models with NVidia and 4k?
