Product: Hp 250 G4 Notebook
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)
My HP 250 has an I5 processor with Intel HD Graphics 5500. According to the Intel site this card should support up to OpenGL 4.4. I just bought a graphics package that has a minimum requirement of 1.3. It reported that I only have OpenGL v 1.1. I tried to update the driver but all I get is that I have the latest drive installed. Is this a hard wired option that HP placed on this set-up or is this a setting somewhere, maybe in the bios?
