HP Laptop 15-db 1xxx
Linux

Installed Linux Mint on my HP laptop (model HP Laptop 15-db 1xxx), AMD Radon based processor. After successful installation no Grub bootloader is showing. So in windows used bcdedit to add an entry to EFI. Usually this works fine, but after even that the grub is not showing.

So need to press F9 key to select boot order and enter grub manually. I used and installed some software on linux mint. There was no problem for 7 or  6 boot to linux mint. After that one day when I started my computer the linux os loads but doesn't show any login screen every thing went black and system become ir-responisve. The booting process is correctly happening (when ESC key is pressed while booting the log shown are correct). So I need to  forcefully turn off the computer to try again.  But no use, as the problem persist.

Anyone had any insight please share.
