My HP 15-ec0013dx down key came off the keyboard! Steps I recreated: 1. Pressing down on the up/down keys for 15-30 seconds to try to get the key back on there, didn’t work. 2. Key comes partially loose, then I pressed it back in, same thing, it keeps coming loose. 3. Then the key comes off the keyboard and the key is missing from the keyboard. I don’t get any error messages for a loose key. What should we do in order to put the key back on?
