Product: HP 250 G7
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)
I have the same problem as user "inanotherlife". Took delivery of new machine. Used Microsoft MDT to download an image of Windows 10 Education which is used on another 80 laptops in the school. After downloading all the relevant drivers I get the problem where the mousepad and keyboard freeze after a few minutes. If I switch to standby and then wake up the machine they work again for another few minutes and then freeze. I can continue running the machine on an external mouse and keyboard. Have replaced the mousepad driver as in previous report but still have the problem.
