HP Recommended
Product: HP 255 G1 Notebook
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Both my webcam and microphone are not working after the Windows 10 update. 

I can see the Microphone (Realtek) driver but the mic does not work. 

I cannot see any driver for the webcam.

 

Please help!
