HP 255 G7
Microsoft Windows 11

Hello,

On 4.12.2021 i buy an HP 255 G7 Ryzen 3  3200 U with Vega 3 graphic integrated. Beginning with the first start (tested with windows 10 and 11) the fan worked on full spin.

- i made bios update with version from HP support

- i installed driver from HP and From AMD

- I deactivate "fan always" from bios

-...etc

No change, when i want to play or looking to the video or using other software the fan will go up to the full spin and the temperature is going on 90 grade, or between 70-90 grade, BUT THE AIR FROM THE VENT ARE COLD NOT HEATED. I suppose its the issue with the logic of the cooling system of the fan or with temperature sensor.

Until now i receive only 1 message with " system overheating" when i restarted the laptop, but the laptop are new.

The fan make too more noise, are insupportable.

I create a power plan "silent" and reduce load of the CPU to maximum 30%, with booster deactivated and i can stay to browsing but when i want to playing or looking to an video, began a disaster of noise.

I hope from HP to find a solution, its a stupid situation and i thing the issue are on the software.

Thank you.
