Product: HP 620 Notebook PC
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (32-bit)

Post installing Windows 10 by upgrade from Win 7; since 11 months almost; the bluetooth is not working. At All.

The new Generic Bluetooth adapter and Microsoft Bluetooth Adapter, are of no USE.

By re-installing Ralink Motorola BT Adapter HS4, it worked, but dissapeared on reboot or any OS updating or somehow.

 

Will someone resolve the issue please !!
