Hello, 
I have here this older Notebook. 
Some keyboards (For example G and backspace) does work only when I have pushed the volume up key in the same time when I hit the key of desired letter. 

I have tried the recovery system, assumign there is something wrong with drivers. Unfortunately, the recovery system have already asked me for my Windows user name, and the problem persists. 

Any idea how should I solve it?
