Product: EliteBook 8460p
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 7 (64-bit)
Good day Fams! I was using my HP Elitebook 8460p without its battery, the light went out suddenly... This is was actually not the first time this is happening. But this time, the system willn't come on.
It blinks light 5 times on the Caps lock and Scroll lock button. I read some articles on Google, changed the position of the RAM and then did hard rest etc...
I put back the AC adapter and the system is not even coming on again, it just flashes white light on the Battery Power LED.
Please how can I fix this problem, I am in my final year writing projects and doing constructions, all my files are on the computer, else that I don't have enough money to replace the motherboard or get a new one, any form of information or support to fix this problem would be highly appreciated. Thank u HP in anticipation, I av been a huge fan of the brand right from time. Please!
