EliteBook 8470p
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hello! I am new here because I have an issue I can't solve. I own an EliteBook 8470p which hasn't been used for a while now. Now I have got a new Usecase for the device but it doesn't work anymore. When I plug in the power cord the led on caps lock and the battery (that flash icon) are blinking both once. When I press the power button nothing happens. No leds are blinking. Just nothing happens. A few weeks ago I got it to boot up once but after a short while it turnt off and since then I never managed it to boot again. The issue was the same. I tried to plug in and out the ac several times and pressing the power button randomly and that way I got it to boot up again but that doesn't work anymore. Now just nothing happens. The notebook doesn't have a battery in for some years now and was only used with power plugged in. Unfortunately I don't know where the battery is now so I can't experiment with it. I already replaced the cmos battery, tried another cpu and ssd and tried different configurations with the two ram slots in it. At this point I don't know what I could try or what the issue could be. Maybe someone here can help me. Thank you very much in advance!

The device has an i7 and 8 GB of ram (two with each 4gb)
