Product: HP Folio 9470m
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 7 (64-bit)
My notebook won't boot up.

1. when I first started it, it showed boot device not found. I did hard reset, restore bios then did hardware diagnosis. It showed all passed. Then it came to startup screen.

2. I have had this issues several times. It usually started up ok after the hard drive diagnosis but this time it didnt. It kept going back and forth from start up screen and the diagnosis screen

3. So I decided to press esc to get to start up menu. Did the diagnosis again, let it passed, changed nothing and exitted. However, the startup screen kept flashing since then. I cant get to the first boot up device not found msg. When I chose F9 for boot up options and chose notebook hard drive, it went back to the flashing screen. No success since then. Any idea?
