I have a HP ProBook 450 G7 running on Windows 10 Pro version 20H2 (OS build 19042.804). My HP audio control app is not running and gives the following error message: "can not connect to RPC service". I have updated all audio drivers from the HP support page (https://support.hp.com/gb-en/drivers/selfservice/hp-probook-450-g7-notebook-pc/29090065/model/290899... and tried to download the audio driver file(s) latest being 12th of January 2021 but it will not upload it to my machine. Even tried to download the previous version and it too failed to upload to the machine. Went onto the intel support site and it says my machine audio driver is up to date (1/6/2021). Running out of ideas.
Please help
