HP Recommended
Product: HP Bluetooth Mouse Z5000
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I have been using the HP Bluetooth mouse Z5000 for 5 months with no problems. Today the scroll wheel has stopped working. I have replaced the battery, restarted the laptop and mouse, reinstalled drivers and attempted to use the mouse with another laptop with no success. Any help to fix this problem would be appreciated!
