Product: HP Chromebook 14 SMB

I have issue with HP Chromebook 14 SMB for wifi connection it goes off every minute and comes back only when I restart.

I tried power wash and many other process found in this forum.

 

1) Is this is manufecturing issue i saw lot of threads with no solution.  My wifi card is Atheros AR5B22

2) Is this a driver issue how I can i update HP Chromebook 14 SMB driver as I don't find any such option to driver update

3) Is this a hardware Card issue so that I can get wifi card Atheros AR5B22 replaced.
