Product: HP Chrome Book
Operating System: Chrome OS

HP Chromebook multi-display with J5create usb-c to HDM does not work but Insignia usb-c to HDMI does. I get the error "NO SIGNAL" after it checks the ports. It says VGA, then HDMI, then it says No Signal. I'm using an J5 Create Hub with USB type C. However Insignia brand USB type C to HDMI works fine. I wasted money and time on the J5 Create, if I had known...I would have purchased the Insignia from the start.
