Hello,

 

I have the "HP Client Security" software installed on my Laptop for a while now. It never cause problems.

 

Some days ago I could not start my invoicing application (Fakturama) any more. It freezed saying "Checking Database".

After some research I found out, that the eclipse application and database uses port 9002 and doing tests with "netstat" told me, that "DPAgent.exe" (HP Client Security application) ist already listening on port 9002 (!?!).

This is completely new to me! Until 1 week ago there never has been any problem with these two applications. I also did not notice any Update for the HP Client Security application. Has anyone experienced similar problems?

 

I had to deinstall the HP application now to get my invoicing tool run again.

 

Some ideas?
