HP Probook 450
Microsoft Windows 7 (64-bit)

I recently installed a new anti virus program and after restarting, I cannot access any website by any means and I get an alert about a fatal error with HP Connection Manager. It says that the requested service provider could not be loaded. When I type in any address on Chrome and press enter, Chrome immediately says "DNS_PROBE_FINISHED_NO_INTERNET" with no further explanation.

Everything appears normal in Windows Network and Sharing Center and the troubleshooting tool didn't find anything. In Command Prompt I did ipconfig /all and everything appears normal as well. DHCP and autoconfiguration are enabled and I'm getting an IP address that starts with 172.  I did ipconfig/release, renew and flush dns and none of that worked.

I booted my laptop into safe mode with networking, disabled HP Connection and the anti virus in Services, as well as uninstalled the new anti virus and after all that,  I still don't have internet on any WiFi, wired connection or my phone's hot spot. I am at a dead end.

Any ideas?
